Menpan Mengijinkan Pemerintah Daerah Angkat Honorer Sepanjang Pembayaran Gaji, Tunjangan Oleh APBD

Kementerian PAN RB menaruh solusi buat kasus perekrutan energi honorer spesifik buat didaerah (Pemerintah Daerah) misalnya Kabupaten, Kota, & jua Provinsi.

Informasi yang dikutip berdasarkan kumparan.Com, Minggu 2 Februari 2020/13:57, Menteri PAN RB, Tjahjo Kumolo, masih mengijinkan Pemerintah Daerah mengangkat tenaga honorer. Namun, sepanjang kasus pembayaran gaji dan pembayaran tunjangan itu harus dibebankan ke APBD (Anggaran Pendapatan & Belanja Daerah)

"Pemerintah Daerah, Provinsi, dan Kabupaten/Kota masih memiliki hak mengangkat energi honor yang dibutuhkan masing-masing Pemda (Pemda). Jumlahnya terserah kebutuhan Pemda, & mempertimbangkan kemampuan keuangan Pemerintah Daerah/APBD," ucap Menteri PAN RB, Tjahjo Kumolo dalam keterangannya, Minggu (2/2/2020).

Menteri Tjahjo jua dengan tegas mengungkapkan bahwa pemerintah & DPR RI akan menghentikan penerimaan dan pengangkatan energi honorer buat level Kementerian yang dibiayai hanya oleh APBN.

"Hanya tenaga honorer yg menjadi tanggungan pemerintah pusat yang nir lagi mengangkat energi gaji dengan beban APBN," istilah MenPAN RB.

Seperti diketahui DPR & pemerintah jua BKN putusan bulat akan menghapus tenaga honorer atau pegawai honorer di lingkungan instansi pemerintah. Kesepakatan ini diambil pada rapat kerja antara Komisi II DPR & KemenPAN RB & Juga BKN.

Rapat dipimpin Wakil Ketua Komisi II DPR Arif Wibowo & dihadiri MenPAN-RB Tjahjo Kumolo.

"Memastikan tak ada lagi status pegawai yang bekerja pada instansi pemerintah selain pegawai negeri sipi/PNS dan pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja/PPPK," istilah Arif saat membacakan hasil konklusi kedap pada DPR RI, Senayan, Jakarta, Senin (20/1/2020) lalu.

Arif pula dengan tegas menjelaskan, menurut Undang-undang Nomor lima Tahun 2014 Tentang ASN, pegawai yang bekerja di instansi pemerintah adalah mereka yg berstatus PNS dan P3K. Sehingga nanti secara sedikit demi sedikit dibutuhkan nir terdapat lagi pegawai berstatus honorer.

"Di daerah-daerah masih mengangkat pegawai kontrak, dan jua yg mengenaskan mereka dibayar, masuk dalam kategori barang & jasa, bukan lagi SDM. Yang seperti ini tidak kompatibel dengan undang-undang yg sudah berlaku," tandasnya.
